Question for correct voltage !

hello guys!

I come to open this topic in order to have further clarification on the situation that I quote.
I am a User Product gpg industries, because they are good quality and finish!
A few months ago I bought a atraz gpg ufc cable that ran for about 5 or 6 months until my carelessness, he broke the cable connector.
Recently bought another cable that you guys call GPGUFC PRO 2k12.
with less than 20 days stopped working, as I can not be without it, I bought another one that stopped working less than five days.
I sent some private messages to Faisal and he kindly answered me (as they always do with customers, thank you )
I sent to my dealer and they replaced it for another.
I've been researching this for the last days to know what can be happening to the cables, as there are other users with the same problem.
*I read this here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/8501680-post3.html which was posted on 14/06/2012 and exactly 30 days later was posted that the same User: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/8589844-post1.html

I realized that this problem must be caused by external power supply (charger nokia 1100, which has original output of 5.7V).

This same User (do not know how he deduced that) states that this circuit ci electric cable that burned.

As said in this same topic I mentioned that WE DO NOT TAKE THIS PART WHERE, and that only the gpg industries you guys can give us I ask:

What is the correct voltage to be used in the cable gpgufc-pro-2k12?
Because we need to use it to flash infineons and in some bb5 (for use ATF BOX) and without the charger will not recognize the phone, but with it will damage my cable.

I can mount a protection circuit for this component using a diode or a fuse?

how would I do that?

So I will use my new cable when these questions are answered, and I believe that many users have this doubt!

Please do not leave me without working with Nokias, have many services and takes a lot of resolve, then respond to me as soon as possible!

PS:the part that I say that is stopped working so he lit the LED that illuminates the lower plate of the phone, but the LEDs do not light up top, the same problem in this topic:
