setool team help me

i have motorola defy mb525 i was send request for unlock code with imei number. but i got replay with unsupported imei number what was wrong? plz replay me

that means its new database imei and is not supported to calculate codes .

!Added unlock support Only For some U.S. and Canadian Motorola Phones by IMEI...

If U got Unsupported IMEI Then it's means Not Supported yet..

All the models I tried are on t-mobile and none of them worked

I have tryed Motorola Milestome A853 from TELUS, but unsupported imei
