Member: 1721656 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | help laptop security dell bios i have the utility KK_MClient.exe, and i paid to unlock the bios but i have a problem : to take the service tag ok : CTKKV3J-595B but when i want to generate the master password i have this : Error: Serial number cannot be empty! i don't have the serial of the HDD, because i change it, and it's not a dell HDD. help pleased  |

Member: 1721656 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hello, i have the utility and i generate the serial. But it 's not good in azerty, in qwerty, and all over. I thinks it's the logaritm V2 So i decided to download the utility of gsm ( security labtop dell)and i pay a serial master code. But i need write two serial : The first is the service tag And when i want to generate the code the utility take me an oser number: The serial number ( the second) What is ? The hdd serial , or the serial off portable ? I change the hdd, and it' s not a dell hdd , so i don't have the serial number *********-595B, i just have the service tag of my portable. Pleased help, i pay the service but i can't generate the code. Thanks |

U will get 2 codes(new and old) if none of them work then probably U have password set on HDD(Hard Disk Drive) and DELL will show longer(11 chars) TAG which U just write in KK in same window as normal service TAG If U enter bad service TAG then KK will show help like this: Correct examples(System): 1234567-D35B 1234567-595B 1234567-A95B 1234567-2A7B Correct examples(HDD): 12345678901-D35B 12345678901-595B 12345678901-A95B 12345678901-2A7B Check picture: |
