Problem with registration - GSM-Forum

Hi, i just got my dongle but in order to register i need to send paypal trasaction ID and paypal email, but the problem is i bought with cash at GPG on China, so how can i help me to activate the donge??? need it ASAP

KKdongle no need any activation.
Instal drivers and connect dongle to usb
