The server of 3g-key is disable, if you need unlock a device that have to connect to server, you must use polar software. If you use 3g-key software, do not will connect, now 3g-key is a polarbox 3, so you must use polar software, no more support for 3g-key.

huh!!?? no more support? i NEED TO activate the BB-BOX, i paid for it4 months ago. If you we're me, then you will not get angry for that??..ok no more support, but how can i activate this box?? please polar team..just only the "CERTIFICATE" that the box need.

If you use polar sortware, open polar sat icon, and from user area, try in "request certs", if you had not made it still, if you get error again, contact with polar support by mp.
