problems registering bb box [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

hey all,

im new to this. recently bought the bb box. connected, installed drivers etc. everythings good until... i try to setup new account and register bb box. keeps saying

"connecting with support server...
ERROR. please try again later

support server is under maintanence. try again later."

i've been trying since sat.

please help.

hi... thanks for the reply. but... i installed the latest update, and now when i click on it, it just blinks and nothing opens up.

i installed. when i go to devices it says, device working properly.

hey! i got it to open. now it says configure account. but whereeee do i do that?

You have not configured your account. Please configure it.

With unconfigured or unregistered account you can use only basic services.
If you want to check info, licenses and other features you must fill data.

Error. Cannot store account data. Check your BB-Box instalation

this is what i keep getting? please help. phones are piling up here

ur box is correctly configured inside server

plz check ur antivirus / firwell

somthing is blocking ur access to server

i have disabled antivirus, and turned off firewalls. still saying error, chk bb box instalation

what else cud be wrong
