SAPP310 or myTouch 3G Can't Unlock! [ANSWERED]

Please help me..

I can't unlock my HTC SAPPHIRE..

Here's the ERROR i've got..

I already Update the Phone but still error in Unlocking..

Maybe my UNIT CANNOT BE UNLOCK..

I read from GOOGLE that ONLY 32B is SUPPORTED for Unlocking..

My phone is 32A..

KERNEL VERSION NOT SUPPORTED ==> upgrade or downgrade phone kernel version then unlock
