Hello team my etbox got problem , im not getting VCC supply also vcc light also not blinking but box was connecting successfull in software , when i m try to connect box with software that time vcc light blink one time only , pls need guidence wher box's problem need solutions urgent pls help me team...... Here bocx's self test log

Maybe your box hardware have problem, please contact your reseller about the same.
