Relock Alcatel 2000x, unlocked by codes - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have unlocked by calculate codes, one alcatel 2000x from vodafone spain, but now the client don´t want to unlock, so i need to relock the phone to vodafone spain again. how can i relock this phone, please?
