Member: 388033 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 693 | i totally agree with you that in this business delays happening often but to be professional in our business we must always add some more days to our customers not the real time prescribed on server but always add 2 ore 3 days and even if you might think that customers will leave you by going to other shops nope they will turn back to you and will pay more respect to you because you are not going to hold there Imeis for more than promised because you will be most of the cases within the time and your customers never blame you for delays,also other issue is that the servers often face problems with charge back cheaters,suppliers are delaying jobs for technical issues or other reasons they would not tell us and in this part we depend on suppliers and we need them so we must have some patience with them as i told you we need them and they do not need us this is less or more what i got understand in this business |
