Red face Samsung status update please....


Can you please provide a status update as what is happening to Samsung services?

I see Canada orders in processing but for more then 24 hours already..
All USA were rejected
All Saudi rejected
All Europe still pending action

Is there some movement? Some news? Anything?
My customers are asking for news, I need to give them updates.

Or are you coming with news in a few days saying Samsung closed all services for then a few weeks later have new services pop-up with higher prices again etc?

If that is the case please let us know NOW so I can start refunding customers and make sure no new customers are put in the waiting line.

I cancel my orders (sending a ticket)

Samsung Europa, in Waiting Action.

I said to my clientes 2 January, but they ask me for that.

They can't wait more, so I talk to Azeem. In his Gtalk status say Monday, but this afternoon answered me that "down", so better to cancel and disable service before having more problems with my clients.

I think the communication is a good way in this case, because after the mailing about down service and reactivate 2 January, we haven't receive more information.

supplier had promised service back online 2nd january which was after commence

of new year holiday.

adding further news supplier notified that samsung has changed its security policy

so its taking time to get back all to normal working . full news wil have

in 24-48hours.

if anyone need any imei cancellation can open ticket on website or email

with subject cancellation to [email protected] with imeis list we wil cancel asap
