My wife have diabetes type 2 and hypetension..,i expenses and waste time and a lot of money for this illness..

So instead of taking of synthetic medicines from doctors..,we plan and find a natural herbs that help to this ill.

I found this alternative way of medicines at youtube and we interested because we have seen this at my backyard...

The problem is i cannot understand what dosage and procedure of this.
