I am getting this same error too. What is wrong? is the server or something? If i use manual input of MEP and imei I get:

IMEI: 359202043067098
MEP: 24124-001
ERROR: request failed!

Maybe the server is down or something.

hey guys... I got mine to unlock... I use FENIXKEY..... it did it in seconds and no problems... so now the customer is very happy because he went to allot of places before he came to me and he only had 3 chances leave. So for now if you guys have fenixkey use that to unlock the new bb them.
