MXKey not working. - GSM-Forum

I have an MXKey dongle, and have successfully unlocked a lot of BlackBerry handsets with it, but I haven't used it in a while, and when I go to unlock a phone my MXKey serial comes up as 00000000.

Could someone please let me know what the problem is, as I need to unlock this handset as soon as possible.

I forgot to add that the Modules all say "Unsigned", and no matter what I try it will not connect to a server.
