nokia x2-00 hang on opeaning 1.30 min .after 1.30 min phone full ok not hanging . only # key not work .

i try to flash but problem still . i mean after on 1.30 min hang. but i press key ,key tone ok . after 1.30 min phone working . and # key always not work .

i need help .
