Help with a Nokia ta-1329 hard reset

Hello, everyone.
I am fighting with this device from yesterday, I just enter recovery mode and phone stucks on android logo and legend 'No Command'. tried pressing power & vol+, power & vol-, hold power & vol+, & vol-, in fact, almost every key combination I found on different sites, and can't wipe data.
Someone can help? I will be so grateful.

1 online remote service
2 via jtag find Isp pinout or remove chip
