my one says its successful but still its showing invalid imei :( any ideas i have tried so many ways to fix it but cannot fix it

dear all, I have been flashing MT6582 device but somehow when I want to fix its IMEI as per instruction above, it failed.

The software seems to not be able to detect my device in Meta mode. I have installed required driver (I suppose) but if you have any other suggestion, kindly let me have it.

Kindly assist me.

Steps:
1,Please power off the phone
2,Then plug in the USB cable
USB Bootup
Meta_DB Init Start:
Meta_DB Init PASS
Enter to ModemMeta Start:
Enter to ModemMeta Fail:
