m100 is an asian device without official arabic support. you can only read and write arabic after installing a custom firmware via recovery on a pre rooted device.

you can also root your current rom and copy paste arabic fonts via root explorer.

is there any procedure for that?

go to Unlock Root of Android and download unlockroot

connect your phone in usb debugging mode and root

update your super user from the market and install root explorer

download one arabic patch from here


How to apply patch –
choose the the one for your android version

do not flash as instructed by the develop[er on that site

extract and copy to sd card, use root exporer to copy the

libwebcore.so and framework.jar and droidsamarabic.tff to
your your system font folder and accept to replace, reboot

and you should be able to read joined arabic.

install dr ben0x keyboard from the market and you are good to go.
