SAMSUNG A10 - imo app messing up - GSM-Forum

My friend Leesy is using a SAMSUNG A10. The problem is she says, the IMO application icon is not showing on her device. It appears sometimes and then it disappears suddenly. What is the reason for this? I’m asking this because I am not familiar with Android devices.

Unfortunately she bought a crappy device. That is a very strange issue. If other apps doesn't do that. Then she might have been using IMO on a rare case. Sometimes, apps freeze these inactive apps. I don't know if that's what A10 is doing

Go to settings menu and select application section.
find samsung home screen (oneui ) application and clean cache / data.

I've expereince this on my Lollipop device when memory storage nearly full..ask your friend to free some memory..
