Need help finding the firmware for this tablet! - GSM-Forum

Hello all! new to the site

im hoping someone could lead me in the right direction to find the firmware for this tablet

Brand: Cello
Processor: RK3188-T, Quad-Core Cortex-A9 1.4GHz
Operating System: Android 4.4
Screen: 10 ins multi-touch capacitive 1024 x 600 resolution
RAM DDR3 1GB
Memory: 16GB
Nand Flash
Camera: 0.3MP Front 2.0MP Back Camera
Bluetooth
WiFi
Mini HDMI x1
USB 2.0 (Micro USB)
SD Card (up to 32GB)
Headphone Socket

I did a factory reset and now the device is on a loop! can't do a thing, i have emailed the maker but i haven't had any luck, hoping someone here could lead me to the right place, im thinking this is a generic chinese tablet?

In the chinese settings it says.

BBCHIP: MT8127
MS BOARD: DPM1081
SW: DPM1081_20150916

Now i have bricked the tablet OH NO. USB is recognized so it can't be hard bricked? it is recognized by SP Flash!, just need the damn firmware now.
