Member: 2667989 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | What is the best phone of outdoor hiking? I am not looking for a phone with many fancy features for regular use (like watching videos and stuff like that). I want to buy a phone that I can use for a good couple of years, that I may use a GPS in case of emergency and that can stand rough weather. For its regular use, I want it to run WhatsApp. Two phones that I found were the Motorola G Play (2016) and the CAT S30. What are the advantages of buying a fully rugged phone (the CAT) over a regular one? If I buy a rugged case, are there many differences? Are there any other models that do not cost too much and are good choice for me? Thanks in advance! EDIT: Excuse me for the type in the title, I intended to write 'for' outdoor hiking...
