Hi there I hope everyone is well, I have a Sony Xperia Z5 E6533 which does not show up any signs of charge or power up. However, when connected to the computer it recognises without an issue, the problem is the device is found under the name of 'QHSUSB__BULK'. I have no clue what this is and how to approach it unfortunately and was to ask for some assistance if possible. Can this be recovered? Thank you in advance for any responses kimapp-
