Sorry for me (after 2hours)unable to log in,but on new laptop without any gsm-software i can login.On my service pc unable to login.[ERROR CODE] 10051

First of all check up PC port's and provider port's if opened.
Check up Firewall too.

On my PC i use XP SP3(32bit),on laptop Win7(32bit) both with Kaspersky protected.On firewall jau is enable.

please fully deacitivate just for test your firewall for short time...

iam almost shure the firewall is the reason... the code says that jau have no access to the internet.

so we must search the problem on internet access.
your internet is working, because you can post here...
the next is, firmwarewalls... and 99% it is always the firewall...

maybe you have 2 firewalls installer... the windows own and another one?
maybe one have given access for jau, but another is blocking it...
