i connect 6303c rm-638 with fbus cable but set not connect.set is on condition and stable local mode.

This phone does not have FBUS for flashing...

It only uses USB Connection for flashing.


So it is not currently supported in ATF

Hi,

Nokia 6303ci is RAP3Gv4 phone and it has fbus pinout as well, same as 3720 RAP3Gv4 - So, i think it should support fbus flashing also??

6303c <-- this one is RM-443 and we can FBUS Flashing this phone.
It is using the same cable as 3720c, but 3720c is just a RAP3Gv3 phone (not v4).
So I suspect maybe 6303c is also just a RAP3Gv3 NOR Flash CHIP Based Phone.


6303ci <-- this one is RM-638... I will buy this phone By July 11 and figure out
the pinouts to see if we can flash or not.

My mistake here. Yes! Nokia 3720c is RAP3Gv3 not "v4" There's 3710a which is "v4" and i thought same for 3720c! Nokia 6303c and 3720c are same!

Maybe, this phone cable also need modification same like X3 in order to boot phone??

I now feel confused and I think I am wrong to assume that this phone does not have
FBUS. Nokeeeeya makes it very confusing to identify their products nowadays. I always
rely here:

Nokia Firmware Code List


I will acquire this RM-638 to so we can really get a definitive answer. Someone told me
in HK they have this phone.

As far i know there's ONLY one Nokia phone which does not have FBUS pinout till now - Nokia 7020a! Or maybe more phones released!

About Nokia 6303ci (RM-638) It should support fbus flashing!

we can't flash 2710n with usb cable and there is no fbus cable !!! solution is only with this cable from GPG

As discussed here, 6303ci is possible to flash with FBUS. I will buy this phone on
my trip to HK next week. This phone is not available in my country.

2710n <-- I already played with this phone and it is really just USB Flashing.


There is 1 more USB only phone which I also played with last month but I forgot the
Model Number :O(. Anyway, USB Flash Update is imminent
