5230 dead after flash

I have nokia 5230 on working position.comes to me for language change.now i will flash but after flash mobile goes dead.mobile going in local mood succesfully but when i power on just vibrate.waiting solution from advance team.

make sure your flash file is complete down(mcu,ppm ect...)flash it with latest firmwave version may be you downgrade it.if problem still,vibrate only with blue screen there is repair blue screen solution flash the mcu & ppm with this file then flash it again with the latest firmwave.Good Luck!

please read carefully that mobile going to local mood sucsesfully so what is reason in blue screen
