Please update your Box Firmware

* Follow these Instructions
1. Disconnect any phones connected to ATF Box
2. Go to "Product Support Tab"
3. Go to "Box Tools" Section
4. Click "Update Firmware" button

* Make sure you put ATF Software in Windows
FireWall Exclusion List

* Make sure you put ATF Software in your
Virus Scanner Exclusion List

VBATT Powering Down <<<<

Make sure you put AdvanceBox.exe into your AV Exception List
Make sure you put AdvanceBox.exe into your Windows Firewall Exception List.

i also in the same problem, but after i press stop then can use like normal..
is there got other solution to solve it? my computer don have anti virus and i already add ATF to Exception List still not working normally..

Until Solved I Dont Buy It! ATF Nitro!! I really need it but If the Team dont make a solution soon then Ill have to make another selection.

Atf 11.10 is not perfect.....so...guys

you have to uninstall any version first....then install v11.00.....then you update with version 11.10....

This will solve most of the problems....try it

Sir, i uninstall ATF and driver and install v11.10 by auto update. ATF exe run normally if i disconnect usb from box and connect box again and run ATF exe its not open. task manager show atf not responding. if i click End process its not ending from desktop. after restart pc same problem. i format pc and direct install v11.10 and update important files and add ATF exe to AV exception list but the problem same. i use MSE antivirus and xp sp-2. how can solve this problem?

That happened to me also....that's why i said.......u uninstall any versions from pc then INSTALL V11.....THEN INSTALL V11.10 VERSION OVER IT.......follow the instructions..

i am also facing this problem. i downloaded full installer and installed it but when i open atf there is nothing.
