You need to have ATF box activated for ATF JTAG module.
You do not need OBSL QCOM for Lumia 610 unlocking.
Also you need to use JTAG Pinouts given by ATF JTAG Software
after you select AFP file for your lumia phone. Those eMMC TP
are different and unlock isn't supported with eMMC Pinouts.

ATF Support 510. I have locked 510 phone and I tested it and it is working.

As I already stated, possible your phone is locked in multiple levels, meaning it needs
more than 1 PIN CODE (maximum 5 codes). ATF can read all these codes as well, just
wait until I finish it 1-2 days.

For now, it might be a good idea to try and flash your phone to an "unbranded"
firmware. Maybe TESCO firmware have some other forms of lock/relocking done
to the phone.
