ATF box wont open after new update 11.00

I just updated my atf box to new version 11.00 and it won't open now.
any solution see screen short below.Thanks

Please update your Box Firmware

1. Disconnect any phones connected to ATF Box
2. Go to "Product Support Tab"
3. Go to "Box Tools" Section
4. Click "Update Firmware" button


* Make sure you put ATF Software in Windows
FireWall Exclusion List

* Make sure you put ATF Software in your
Virus Scanner Exclusion List

Hi, guys, please read the release notes. You got to update box firmware and drivers in order to use v11.00

can you give us latest drivers zip plz
or tell us how can we update box drivers plz.

ATF setup v11.00 will automatically install new box driver after setup installation is completed. However, you can also update it manually from the ATF drivers folder.
