Have you installer proper USB Drivers for Lumia 630?

Your logs show that phone drivers were not properly installed.

i installed drivers from C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\Lumia and Asha Phone Drivers

still when i try to connect for flash it shows error

but in normal mode when power on fone it shows in device manager..

Try to make WinXP "Force" to use Nokia Connectivity Driver like this:

Hi。。。ATF Team ..I flash the lumia928 and all done..but how can I factory reset? I Flash done the lifetime is no Restore the factory...lifetime how can I Restore the factory to 0
