Make sure you are using ATF JTAG v1.0.11 or Higher versions...

Download FFU_FLASHER.afp for your phone model via ATFJ.exe built-in downloader "Help" ----> "Updates"

Download Lumia Flash Files (FFU) for your Phone's Product Code:

Follow Steps I described in the pictures below. Make sure FFU File you use is 100% not corrupted and is 100% match to your product code!

STEP 1 - Select FFU_FLASHER.AFP for your Phone

STEP 2 - Solder JTAG Wires to Phone. Click "RESET JTAG" and make sure the Phone is Detected

STEP 3 - Click "CUSTOM R/W", then select "Write"

STEP 4 - Select FFU File which matches your Phone's Product Code

STEP 5 - Click "OK"

STEP 6 - Just Click "OK"

STEP 7 - Wait until all Partitions are Written

STEP 8 - Perform USB Flashing via ATF Software
