Hi,

Please post your Box SN here if you are experiencing problems described below:

This is ONLY FOR ATF NITRO / LIGHTNING USERS

1. You cannot use 10.10 and 10.11 because it always tells you to update firmware.

2. You updated firmware but still the software tells you to update firmware.

Posting your Box SN will resolve your problem.

If your problem is different from what is described in 1 and 2, please do not post your Box SN to avoid problems. This is only for those who have problems.
