Dear, Make simlock backup, PM & RPL backup and full erase and flash it again. Write back PM, simlock & RPL and SX4 and write pm 1 & 309.

All will be fine

what about those phones of which the flash can't be read? has this been fixed? there are a bunch of models which return error when trying to read flash, i guess no ENO files from there?

Yes it means no eno for those phones. It is not a bug.
