thanks all. Phone successfully unlocked after making a full flash of the above file.
Note: If you flash only amss, phone will hang at nokia logo. Therefore make a full flash and you will smile at the end.

I have the same problem and i also cant flash with the unlockable version ATF keep giving me message DEVICE INTERFACE SWITCHED SUCESSFULLY but cant proceed?

what maybe the problem

i have same problem osbl mode drivers problem,

yes phone will relock after flash phone,and phone must again unlock with ATF - is not an easy procedure.
