Lumia 710 boot repair problem


I have 3 pieces dead lumia 710, i can repair boot by ATF ok, but dead still, no vibrate, no detect as none usb Nokia or Qualcomm usb device, no driver error...i read/tried everything about dead boot repair lumia 710 with ATF...still totally dead!!

Its mean hardware problem???
