where I can find some replacement (which phone have same size and value)

i have same problem like with spunlock
error connection with green and blue wire although its connected properly

maybe broken resistor is causing my headache too

maybe somebody can tell where we can find replacement
for that damage tp resistors

nobody knows where to find this resistors (with same size)?
I found this value on different models (but size is bigger as in lumia phone)
