Nokia lumia 625 after boot riper Not for resale mode and can't off flight mode

Check IMEI, if IMEI ok recover with Windows phone recovery tool

Maybe phone is really "Not for Retail" phone.

Look at product code of phone and check in Navifirm if it can find your
Product code.

If cannot find product code, then that is not retail phone.

the problem was when loaded LUMIA_625_FFU_FLASHER.afp
clear the area , boot 1 and boot 2

then load LUMIA_625_RM-942_BIG_BOOT.afp

and I remain in this condition not for resale mode

AND ERASE FLASH USER , boot 1 and boot 2 ( THIS IS DE PROBLEM ERASE FLASH )

then load LUMIA_625_RM-942_BIG_BOOT.afp

and I remain in this condition not for resale mode
