can anyone give a step by step procedure to remove the soldered plate from the board?
seems very difficult and i dont want to end up breaking the phone..

carefully and with some handling you can use a diy mini mill and cut only the piece where you have tp-s. I use a tool like this for years.

CABLE USE:

- modified RJ45 cable from old nokia fbus cable of twister box
- mini USB 5310 cable or CA-101 usb cable

Lumia 800 Tp unlock process ATF
1.update your box
2.update your box Firmware
3.update important Files
4.reset box
5. Flash the phone with this firmware
1750.0805.8773.12220 firmware version for RM-801 OR RM-819 prodact code (059M117) use navi firmex To downlod
6.then solder tp
7. plug your phone ATF without battery without usb cable, when atf software tell you plug usb so plug usb then click test conection button
8.Finally press sp unlock button and wait 3-5 minute
This is 100% solution Test by me

as i understand its patch unlock for 800
so after reflashing phone will lock again

my question is:
does possibly for avoid reassembling phone just once unlock bootloader (using ATF) and after use ATF or NSS for easy unlock Lumia800 after flashing
