problem in atf box


ATF Box is not in USB 2.0 Mode
==============================================

* Go to "Product Support" tab and click the
* "Restore Box" Button to fix the Box Firmware

** If Problem is Not Solved...
1. Make Sure you are NOT using USB HUBS
2. Make Sure your USB port is USB 2.0
3. Make Sure you are using the latest Drivers

*** If Problem is STILL Not Solved
1. Use a THICKER USB Cable
2. Connect ATF Directly to the Root USB Port
3. Uninstall Drivers, Reboot PC, Reinstall

**** If you are still Stuck...
1. Search your entire PC for "ftdibus.sys
2. Delete all "ftdibus.sys" files you find
3. Reboot PC...
4. Disconnect ATF Box and all Boxes from PC
5. Run C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\Remove_ATF_Drivers\Remove_ATF_Drive rs.bat
6. ReInstall ATF Software
7. Connect ATF Box Only to your USB Port
8. Install the Correct Drivers

sir i m new user i pruchase a atf box which is preactived to my friends name ,but when i conneceted to my pc it shows error,i did every thing which is given on this error,i also tried to restore box but it shows in last box error...
now pls help me.......

i have a huge problem with my atf

sir, i have the same problem,first my atf box says " multiple atf box detected" i read some other post and said that i need to use Mprog 3.5, i have done all the instruction they've posted and now my atf box serial no. is 00000000, they said that i need to restore my box. i tried to, but i got this sort of a warning that said "$ , pls,pls,pls. what do i have to do?

finally, my box is working now. i downloaded and installed v.11.70. then i go to product support/update files/ update important files. after it is done. then go to product support/boxtools/restore box, and wallah....... its working. what can i say? thanks to the product manager.
