Problem whith my box credits
 

Hello, i activate my box sometimes ago whith 50 credits, but now i need authorize BB5 and my box says me that i need 49 credits to activate. I dont use any credits in any proces, please what can i do??. Thanks for all

when your box open , you see your box details in left side ? there show box active ?
