You cannot change original eMMC Size unless you have a signed PIT for the new eMMC Size you want to use. Signed PIT means it is unique per phone Model. So in this case, if you have an original signed PIT for 4GB or 8GB for N7100 or I9300, then you can make the eMMC smaller... Otherwise, it will not work by default.

BAD BLOCKS are handled (remapped) internally by the eMMC Firmware inside the eMMC Chip. It is "INVISIBLE" to the eyes of the external world.

@hans salim

If you have:

1. Working DUMP from a working phone 512 MB or 1GB

2. Pinout for eMMC Direct Connection

3. If eMMC CHIP is NOT DAMAGED

then you can repair it.

What this does depends on the actual eMMC Specs version of the eMMC. It may erase USER AREA, BOOT1, BOOT2 and RPMB or it may just erase USER AREA and nothing else.
Hello, i this read Atf Version 11.11, is Test version or what?, becouse my Atf not show Update,

@gsm_links

Yes, working with any ATF BOX type.

If you get connection error "00FF8080" then it means eMMC is dead.

@allumts

This is my internal version. It is NOT for PUBLIC!
