atf nitro and atf big fbus not working - GSM-Forum

pls help i have up to 3 atf nitro fbus not working and one atf big which fbus are not working and soft will work with usb fine, can anyone tell me the cause of the problem with the solution. thanks in advance

It could be Box's Firmware problem. Try to Restore Box:

1. Disconnect ATF Nitro Box from USB Port
2. Open ATF Software v11.20 and go to Product Support->Box Tools->Box Type and Select ATF Nitro/Light
3. Connect ATF Nitro on USB Port and Click on Restore Box

Once Restoring Box firmware is completed. Restart Software and check FBUS with working phone.

i had done this on several update on atf big still same, also on nitro i had done thesame still not work
