sm-n910t hang on logo after dead boot repair
 

i need efs of sm-n910t my problem is in note 4 sm-n910t , which was come to me dead condition i repair with atf sdc file method in memory card ,( SM-N910TUVU1ANJ7_4.4.4_16GB.sdc)
phone is on download mode , then i flash with 5.01 firmware but hang on logo restart and when i hard reset wipe, give me error

E:failed to mount /efs (invalid argument)

whih box u can use???
