because my old box has not active after i active jtag and atf network

boss i bought box(ATF big yellow) not new and need to transfer my account to this box Because my old box(ATF big yellow) had become not activated

the Producers any one have way to transfer my (jtag-atfnetwork) from atf big yellow box to another box
