Try to full uninstall CCC and restart PC, install CCC again. Enable Overdrive in CCC as well after.

verry nice temperatures you've got there at that 910 MHZ/sec do you use water cooling system?
also 1160 mv isn't a bit too much? or you've found it to be the most stable setting?

Anybody knows how to start without a monitor plugged in crossfire mode 2 or more ati cards?
I don't want to use monitor! PC is controled remote!

i did all but same problem and gpu usage also reaching maximum 92%
