hi,

when i am Click on New Andriod a Dialog box appear and massage is

Cannot find "MSVCP100.dll". Please, Re-install this application

i alrady isntall it saveral time but problem is same

Do you have HTC drivers installed ??
Best is install HTC sync 2.0 and drivers will be installed too.

i have installed all htc dirver bythe way i have HTC Sencession to unlock
did device support it ?

No HTC sensation is not supported right now by any box on market.
And don't tell that you know witch can support but this is not true.
Only real solution for now is free solution annocend in HTC section in this forum but you will lost your warranty when you use it.

We work on solution that can read code from all software version even last one not like other support only old software version(example Desire HD we support last version android 2.3.3 and no other can read codes form this version).

About your problem is you got it even when you install few times axebox and you got all drivers installed then do this:
turn off antivirus software , uninstall axebox , install axebox, add to exception list axebox directory, turn on antivirus software.
If still the same then you got something not ok in windows need try install on other computer or install clean windows(NO REINSTALL).
