can any body give me solution?

3 diferent Hero, from same country, only Generic Hero is from One Macedonia, other is from T-Mobile not sucesfull more than one week :/

i change my pc, windows OS, connection's but not sucesfull... idea? maybe is better to refuse this 3 heroe's and wait for another update from axe team, when will be available all boot version, all firmware and radio version? or all countries?

for now only 2 htc in past 12days i sucesfull unlocked

i have a lot of phone's here only:

and wait, wait... i try everything, downgrade many times hboot, upgrade/downgrade many firmware version's change internet places, computers, cables

some phone's are unlockable from this operator but from 10 phones only 2~3 can unlock

from T-Mobile and other countryes also - is unlockable.

also i noticed that unlockable phones on Axe box blinking red light when unlocking, this non-unlockable - onlu 30second's blink and then nothing hapens.

I have tried many htc hero it just does not seem to work... contacted axe support,, very nice guys ,,, asked to disable antivirus, firewall,, install and reinstall,, axe application,, install active sync, .net,, sdk drivers... BUT STILL DID NOT WORK,,, asked to change computers .. did as requested... same process,,, asked to update windows sp2 to sp3...STILL DOES NOT WORK...

I HAVE A SIMPLE AND HONEST QESTION DOES IT REALLY WORKS?

if not we will just ignore and carry on with our work..

Yes i unlocked many Hero's HTC but sometimes some phones not supported, probably diferent algo

whatever i think that non all Hero are supported. I unlocked many 2.1/2.2 with official, with custom firmwares but sometimes doesn't work for all

I tried on many mda, xda phones "no device found". As suggested with FAQ installed rapi in phone and installed it. same problem, any one with any suggestions pls

did active sync found that phones?
btw axe box work great on win7, with xp have many bugs. my advice install second win7 and use only for axe
