hello, there is any video which shows how to unlock and how to cid unlock and hard spl?and which installer i use? i mean i have to uninstal old installer then instal the new installer? thank you

I think AXE BOX is so simple that you no need video.
In SW got BUTTON that do exacly what you want to do like :
CID UNLOCK - to write HARD SPL to phone and can write after this any firmware that you want

UNLOCK - to unlock network lock
IMEI REPAIR - IMEI change or fix damaged
FLASHING - after press you can flash phone ( now not wokring will be in future)
SCAN - after press phone is founded by SW and info is readed from phone if is locked or not etc.

ActiveSync connected etc.

Always "No Device"

I tested other phone and program works fine, so whats on?
