Connection problem [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

No matter which phone to the USB plug and so I have one message:
Turn off the phone, connect the USB cable while holding the keys 2 and 5
Connected to USB2
Identification devices ... OK
Error connecting: connection mode is not supported for DB2010, use USB
STOPPED [1sec]

Please help.

For some phones you need a box with a COM port eg SE Tools box. Find out which COM port the box gives you and select in the NeroKey dropdown.
Now connect the phone (switched off) to the box and run NeroKey. You don't need to touch the phone at all.

All phones connect no usb ? All for interfice ?

No, most use USB but older need a COM box

@Zegarek : what phone model ? Uncheck autocheck, and select manually A1 tab.

wright brother Kage,mostly use usb cable some cell use other..........

W300 & k800 ...
Setool work good read and unlock....

K800 should go via USB , I made 10s of them
About W300 try via COM.
