Hi Chris! I'm much encouraged by by that. Been in the mobile business for some 10 years now and SE's have always been a pain to me so was pleased by your "just click Start" approach. As to my difficulties; having been an engineer for some decades, I'm tolerant of early bugs in anything. I'm sure it'll be sorted soon.

Actually in conversation with Tim at the moment re a W200i that won't detect so let's see.

Yeah, W200 will not work by USB. Serial cable only

We definitely appreciate the patience! We try to be as thorough as possible when testing in order to ensure a smooth release but the first few customers do often end up being test subjects of a sort
