i have try to unlcok se w580i with nero key and since the 3 phone are dead

I TRY TO UNLOCK 3 W580i WITH NERO KEY AND 3 PHONE A RE DEAD AND IMPOSSIBLE TO FLASH IT... SAME ERROR TO UNLOCK OR FLASH...

Witch version of nerokey you use latest is 1F and working 100% correct.

If you use 1E then this is normal and was writed lots time to NOT USE THIS VERSION.

If you use 1F just in setting select "SET CERTYFICATE TO:" select ASK EVERY TIME
And when you will do unlock select RED 52. After this phone will work correct and will be unlocked too after this can fla**** problem is that now your phone got BROWN 49 certyficate and can't be flashed nothing to it.

SO IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO REPAIR MY PHONES CAUSE COSTUMMER WANT TO TAKE THEM TODAY....

Why you not read what I write ??

If you use 1F just in setting select "SET CERTIFICATE TO:" select ASK EVERY TIME
And when you will do unlock again (with 1F version !! !!) select RED 52.
After this phone will work correct and will be unlocked too after this can flash phone , problem is that now your phone got BROWN 49 certificate and can't be flashed and not work.

Mean you doing something wrong software work correcly I tested my self lots time check success unlocked topic.

If still you not know what to do install teamview 6 contact with me on sonork or msn or icq and give me your id and password when got time will check on your computer what you doing wrong.

Hi. PM me your unlock logs. Its in "%appdata%\NEROteam\Recovery Studio" folder.
As i can see unlock was not completed propertly. After factory reset it stops. So phone unable to boot because of missing EROM.
First u have to try to update USB drivers. Use another USB port. Seems some USB problems there.
Try also another PC to be sure problem is in your system settings.

You can also use serial (COM) cable instead of USB.

P.S. Your phones will be ok for sure. Dont worry

I CAN T FIND LOG WHERE YOU TELL ME ONLY I CAN DO IS TO COPY FULL SCREEN OF NEROKEY....

I TRY TO INSTALL THE NERO KEY ON ANOTHER COMPUTER BUT THE DRIVERS CAN T BE INTALLATED.....

IS THERE A SOLUTION TO FULL FLASH THE W580 WITH NEROKEY OR AN OTHER SOLUTION??

You don't have to flash the phone in order to recover it. Just start Unlock again.

But YES you can flash with NEROkey if u like to (see Firmwares tab)

Use COM cable if u have USB problems. DB2020 could be done by serial cable too.
And if u not have one. Play with your USB drivers. Remove and reinstall again by setup from our page.
